I made it another day..

It seems to be getting just a bit easier day by day..This the longest I have been able to exercise daily and eat right. I have been feeling better too and even been noticing small changes.  My stomach doesn't seem quite as bloated, and my pants seem a tiny bit baggy (who knows..maybe I just stretched them out ;]  ) Workouts seems to be getting easier as well and I have to work harder to burn more calories...bad news. I am coming short on my goal and by predictions I won't be able to "burn off" 10lbs by V.Day  Maybe tomorrow I will get in a good workout in the morning and night and walk my dog for some added burned calories.  I only burned 702 Calories and I now need to average about 760 calories a day for the next 39 days..ending on Valentine's day.

I am participating in a Snowflakes to Sunshine Challenge and our first weigh in is tomorrow.  I know it will be higher than my original weigh in which is discouraging but on the brighter side I am losing the water weight that I put on and I am officially down 2ish pounds which doesn't sound like much and I get kind of discouraged sometimes..so I put it in perspective. Here is a picture of 2lbs compared next a standard size basketball.

don't feel so discouraged about your weight loss..big or small it's still a loss :)

  1. Just keep on keeping on Mandy! It will happen if your consistent! I love those comparison pictures you put up for the fat.....makes me feel better about what I've lost and nauseated knowing that's hanging out in me!! Hahahahaa

  2. haha. I never thought of it the other way.. still have over 75 lbs til I am considered "healthy" I'm sure that is MUCH bigger than a basketball. haha
