Slow Progress...


I am kind of discouraged I haven't lost any progress since I last posted and I guess I that is why I haven't posted?

I have been pretty good about staying under my calories every single day and the past week I have been exercising really hard and have been trying to burn 1000+ calories a day and still the scale has not been moving. I feel smaller however which I would rather look less than what I weigh anyway.

Well anyways..I want to be a better blogger so I ran across a 30 Day blog challenge. :)
